bug: Location access crashes wifi, mobile networks

Bug description

I have more than 100 tabs open in Google chrome. When I open the site - www.speedtest.net and got network speed test, I select - Continue on the web. Clicking on Go button resets the WiFi, mobile networks. I loose access to all of them. It's as if it turns on flight mode briefly and turns it off when go button is pressed. This is a website, and should not be able to access and modify the mobile network, WiFi states over browser interaction.

Steps to reproduce

SpeedtestSiteCrashNetwork_Logcat.txt

Step 1. Open Google chrome.
Step 2. Open www.speedtest.net
Step 3. Select - Continue on the web.
Step 4. Click Go.
Step 5. Mobile networks are reset, WiFi gets reset.

Update: Found out that this problem occurs whenever location access is requested. Example: Opening maps reqests location and network resets.
In short, access to location causes network reset. Need urgent support please!

Having the same problem. Any fix?

Edit: Ok, I found a workaround. In Settings -> Location -> Disable Assisted GPS. Do not allow the network to download satellite data. This avoids the crashing when making use of Location on whatever app you are using.
