Resolve TODOs in TbHtml (help required)

There are quite a few TODOs in TbHtml.php that must be resolved before I can consider merging the bs3 into master. If you wish to help, please help me refactor the HTML helper so that we can finally make the bs3 branch the latest stable version.

I want to apologize for not having too much time to spend on this project and I want to say that I appreciate all the help a lot. A big thank you to everyone who has contributed this project. Keep up the good work! :)

Is this still something that you need help with? I'm happy to help -- I noticed there are still a few old classes (i.e. span6, row-fluid, form-actions, etc...) in there. Should I just submit a pull request on the master branch at this point since it seems you've merged bs3 to master?
