Exploring CWA on same library with Audiobookshelf

Hi,
I'm currently running audiobookshelf with a library bound to a folder "Books". The directory structure is as follows -> Books/{Author Name}/{Book Name}/(EPUB + Audio Files + Audiobookshelf metadata file).

I want to run CWA bound to the same library.
Can I do this without losing data and not having one interfere with the other?
