After installing fusion with the provided install script, and clicking on the log in button, a red box appears with no ability to interact with it.

Expected behavior
A browser should open, so that I can log in.

same issue, fresh clean install of fusion and Ubuntu 24.04. Any attempt to interact with the window results in a bell, red box disappears when killing AutodeskIdentityManager.exe

same issue, clean install of fusion, ubuntu 24.0, intel integrated graphics. adsk identity manager crashes immediately with a wine log. after signing in using the solution in #460. nothing happens, and fusion seems to freeze, not reacting to any mouse inputs (stays on "welcome to fusion", "check your browser to sign in" page) but curiously does react to window resize events?

It seems this is related to using the Snap version of your browser, I was able to get past this by installing the version of Firefox from apt instead of the snap and then completely removing fusion and reinstalling. I also had to restart after installing Firefox since without the restart fusion360 could get the browser to open but the browser couldn't perform the authentication. I dont know what the underlying cause of that was.

I'm not even on Ubuntu, not using the Snap version of Firefox, and I'm still getting this issue. I don't think it's the Snap version of Firefox.

This seems to have been my problem on Ubuntu 24.04. I did get the red box if I didn't already have FireFox open after installing apt. I did not have to reinstall Fusion360.
