[Bug] In-app links do not carry forward route data / selections

Current Behavior

When clicking through the Create Recording menu item, I am brought to the Recording creation form but the Template selector dropdown is not pre-populated with the Template I had started with.

This might be a bit tougher to tackle because this uses some internal React router state to pass the selected template as a prop to the other component, so that may not work with the console plugin setup. It's also a relatively minor bug that is easily worked around.

Similarly, the Topology view's resource table does not properly link out to other views.

If I click Event Templates, for example, I get sent to the Events view but the target is not pre-selected.
