Use tree-sitter's official github actions

We could improve our CI workflows by using the tree-sitter examples:

These are widely used by the official tree-sitter parsers, e.g. https://github.com/tree-sitter/tree-sitter-ruby/blob/master/.github/workflows/ci.yml
