Description
Currently, the /drivers page displays all drivers, regardless of their ride activity.
To improve dispatcher usability, it would be better to add a new view that shows only the drivers who have at least one ride scheduled for today.
- add a page to check drivers who have rides today
- add a button to check all drivers
- test coverage
