This repo contains dataset files, codes, and figures for the manuscript 'Proof of principle of machine learning-based antibody design at unconstrained scale'.

  • eleven_outfiles contains:

    • Preprocessed files for all the analyses in the manuscript

  • figure_scripts contains the codes for main and supplementary figures in the manuscript

  • figures contains main and supplementary figures

  • dl contains codes for the deep learning models
