Missing tooltip – unclear button function

Hi,

When a user visits a page like https://ctftime.org/writeup/NUMBER, hovering over the button shown in the attached screenshot displays a tooltip explaining its function.

However, on pages like https://ctftime.org/task/NUMBER, the same icon/button lacks a tooltip, so it's unclear what it does. One can only assume it behaves similarly to the one on the writeup page.

Reproduction steps:

1. Go to https://ctftime.org/task/NUMBER
2. Hover over the icon-fire button (see screenshot)
3. Notice the missing tooltip

Expected behavior:
A tooltip should appear explaining the button's purpose.

From a user’s perspective (and disregarding the other example shown in the Comparison section, as it's a different area of the platform with different repro steps) — what is the expected function of the mentioned button in that context?
