New way to do anchor text to bottom of canvas

The options for text anchor are now the same as observable: "start", "middle", "end", where "middle" is the default option. This means that textAnchor top and textAnchor bottom have been removed. We need some new way to moving the text to the top or bottom. I have tried lineAnchor, but it doesn't seem to be working

I think this is because lineanchor doesn't do what you think it should do. Observable is just wrapping SVG attributes in most cases, so see MDN documentation.

I think a good way is to define the nested marks within a g container, and place the text relative to the container based on its size.
