Version 0.2

I made a tag for trurl 0.2, mostly because I was asked so that there is a way to build a fixed (pre-)release of trurl.

I want to stick to 0.x versions for as long as we experiment with options and flags and do a 1.x release first when there is a reasonable expectation that the flags, options and names will remain functional.
