Config mode not started?

Normally,
The card will start in configuration mode and prompt you to create the MQTT config required for auto discovery.
However, i dont see any configuration mode?
I only get a warning the card isnt loaded?

I have the same problem. As of 8/24/2020, I have the current HACS/HA, and this plugin doesn't auto start. I test my mqtt server and it's fine, so i'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
