Make conjur proxy container optional and configurable

I would like to make the nginx container configurable so we will have the choice whether use nginx, apache or any proxy at all.

This can be achieved by adding custom proxy server settings to values.yaml including enabled key which will remove the proxy container (and all of its sub settings volumes configmaps etc.) from the chart
