Current behavior

There looks to be still some firefox system-test flake after #31377, in particular

• e2e proxy correlation spec correctly correlates requests https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/cypress-io/cypress/69428/workflows/1e7c13c9-a8f2-4f1d-8773-c26523188828/jobs/2852513

Desired behavior

this test should no longer flake and prerequests should be removed and not time out
