UI: Sticky header for test name when in Studio mode and in tests list mode #32591

What would you like?
It would be easier to track in the new design where you are if the Test Name was sticky while scrolling.
Use a subtle gradient below the test name, when scrolling the test code, it should be clearer that it belongs to the test name.
Have test name remain sticky as you scroll through commands with experimentalStudio: true
