Configure Renovate in this repo to automate generation of PRs to update dependencies.
Why is this needed?
Currently all dependency updates have to be done manually. Automating the process with Renovate, which is used in other cypress-io repos, would reduce the manual work involved and increase the timeliness and effectiveness of keeping the repo up-to-date with dependencies.

This repo is currently compatible with all latest versions of dependencies and devDependencies listed in package.json.
