When generating profiles, this warning comes up a bunch

/home/ubuntu/work/projects/{PROJECT}/workspace/software/{PROJECT}/profiling-recipe/profiles/profile.py:636: FutureWarning:

The frame.append method is deprecated and will be removed from pandas in a future version. Use pandas.concat instead.
