errors when reproducing the ladder

Hi all.
I am trying to reproduce the Cytoscape ladder using the Intellij IDE.

When I Expand Lifecycle and run install by double-click (or right-click-select),
I keep getting the following error:

[ERROR] Child module /home/luna.kuleuven.be/u0156635/Documents/projects/ermis/cytoscape-app-samples/sample-control-panel-simple of /home/luna.kuleuven.be/u0156635/Documents/projects/ermis/cytoscape-app-samples/pom.xml does not exist @ 

I tried to jump to Eclipse but again, following the instructions of the ladder to built the sample-create-network-view I got the following:

I then noticed that if I try to build a single sample in Intellij I get the same error; i.e. the zip END header not found.

Do you have any idea why I cannot reproduce the ladder?

Could it be a versioning issue ?
