  • Check that the node/edge colours are colour-blind safe
  • Node shape/colour mapped to regulatoryFunction ("regulator", "regulated")
  • Directed edges (arrows) -- TF --> Target
  • Edge colour mapped to clusterNumber
  • Make sure all styles are updated after nodes are added or removed, especially if the style properties use memoized functions--for instance, ATF3 (from the Demo network) can be both a regulator and a regulated gene, depending on which other TFs are included in the network.
