Initial conversion to use copier instead of cruft/cookiecutter #1
Description
The goal of the initial conversion is to produce exactly the same project files as cruft/cookiecutter with copier.
Main motivating features for the change:
- projects based on copier templates can be re-configured (=updated) after initial creation
- projects can be based on more than one template
- more flexible interactive initialization
- integrated support for migrations (one tool less: only copier instead of cruft & cookiecutter)
