Review copier questions / stored answers

The main use of the template is to provide updates to the projects during the project lifecycle. Project creation should still be easy.
It should also be possible to enable new/other features after the initial project creation by answering some copier questions differently in an update.

Some questions / stored parameters are of questionable value, e.g. the project_description. It is inserted into only two files (schema.yaml & pyproject.toml). In both files it will be most likely changed in a different way. In this case, the old description stored as copier answer has no value anymore, in contrary, its presence can lead to unnecessary conflicts/changes on updates/re-copying.

Also main-schema-class should not be stored as project configuration parameter.

It would be better to ask on initialization if a minimal working example should be copied to the project.
