MCO Home Multi Switch only shows 1 Switch in Home

Hi, I have been using Homebridge with some success (can't get the auto restart to work, but that is another thing).

I recently purchased a MCO Home 4 way Switch. When it is installed on Vera it has a 'master' and then creates 4 switches that control the 45 on the actual device. I have named these according to their function.

When I start Homebridge I can see the 4 devices are initialised so assumed all would be good, however in Home I can only see 1 of the devices and strangely it is the 3rd switch. The other 3 (1,2 &4) are missing.

I have no idea why this would be the case and would appreciate any guidance.
