Update ansible setup to include missing files

• The ansible setup/config tasks in the deployment repo are missing some crucial nginx config files - need to copy from production server?
• Test setup/config/deploy on brand new server to ensure everything works (use instance with 1GB memory)
• Fix deprecation warnings: "[DEPRECATION WARNING]: The use of 'include' for tasks has been deprecated. Use 'import_tasks' for static inclusions or 'include_tasks' for dynamic inclusions. This feature will be removed in a future release."
• Use yarn instead of NPM to install (with ansible role/module?)
• Update ansible repo docs to include full instructions
• Auto install python on server first?
