Expose operation type filtering to CLI

Only hard-coded in the API right now to 'REST.GET.OBJECT', which does seem to be the primary operation of interest for us at the moment

However, some others of interest to explore might be 'WEBSITE.GET.OBJECT' and 'REST.GET.PART'
