[Feature request] Monochrome system tray icon

Would be nice if we could have a settings option to select a monochrome / simplistic styled icon for the system tray.

I tend to have monochrome system tray icons for all my apps, so it'd be great if this could fit.

This would be nice to have. Only annoying thing is that system theme detection is basically annoying on Windows and impossible on Linux electron/electron#19729 (Windows has separate settings for light/dark system versus apps). I suppose I could put in an option to switch between them, but it wouldn't be as elegant as on macOS which already has a monochrome icon in the menu bar actually.
