Vendor version 1.1.01.272918 requires signed update image

I got a batch of refurbished E8450s with vendor firmware 1.1.01.272918 and they would not accept an unsigned updater firmware, needed the signed version. The instructions indicate that prior to 1.2.x and unsigned version is okay, so perhaps they should be updated.
