Issue 1: Mobile App/ Web Extension Timeout Not Saving(even after SYNC)

Title: Vault Timeout setting does not persist after log-out( It persists during lock.) from Bitwarden Mobile app/ Web Extension .

The Vault Timeout setting on the Bitwarden mobile app (linked to a self-hosted Vaultwarden server)/ Web Extension does not save correctly. It consistently reverts to the default of 15 minutes after each logout .

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Bitwarden mobile app.
2. Go to Settings > Vault Timeout.
3. Change the timeout value to a lower setting (e.g., 5 Minutes).
4. Sync the app
5. Exit the app completely, ensuring it is closed from memory.
6. Re-open the app and log in again with your master password.
7. Go back to Settings > Vault Timeout.

Expected Behavior
The timeout setting should remain at the value I selected (e.g., 5 Minutes).

Actual Behavior
The timeout setting has reverted back to the default value of 15 Minutes.
