Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a vault with at least one collection
2. Add another Collection under this particular collection
3. Add one item in this nested collection. (CollectionA -> Collection B -> Item1)
4. Open this vault on a Android Bitwarden app
5. Search for Item1 -> 0 found
6. Look for Collection A, found but 0 items in it
7. Look for Collection B, cannot be found

Expected Result

Collection A and B can be found and item1.
Tried with all these without any issue:

• Chrome extension
• Firefox extension
• Bitwarden app on MacOS

Actual Result

Items and collections nested under another collection are not visible on Android app.
