I'm using vaultwarden with traefik v3.

Using the following browsers:

• Edge (Version 139.0.3405.125 (Official build) (64-bit))
• Brave (Brave 1.81.137 (Official Build) (64-bit) Chromium: 139.0.7258.158)
• Chromium (Version 126.0.6478.127 (Official Build) (64-bit))

The web interface seems to be working fine with Edge, but with Brave and Chromium the left hand popup menu is covering the left most of the page, whether its opened or closed. Also, the vault list of sites is limited to the top of the page and the view window is very small.

The upper left window is Edge (working), the upper right is Chromium (not working), and the bottom window is Brave (not working).

I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this ... my front-end experience is 20 years out of date.

Steps To Reproduce

I don't know, other than standing up a test environment and visiting the page with those browsers.

Expected Result

I should see the same thing in Brave and Chromium as in Edge.

Actual Result

Brave and Chromium are not showing human usable information.

There are no relevant logs, vaultwarden does not report any errors. This is a client side, html or angular issue.

This project does not maintain or develop any client.

It might already be fixed in a newer version which you could test by using our :testing tagged images.

But it might also be browser extensions, reverse proxy middleware like security stuff, virus scanners etc...

For the record, it was the ground.news extension. I set site access to 'on click' and opened the ui in a new tab and the issue is resolved.

You are using HTTP instead of HTTPS. The web-vault needs HTTPS else it will not work.
Also, newer clients on other platforms mandate a secure connection too.
