You can use the "Account Recovery" Policy Settings in Admin Console from your Organization Vault. And maybe you should spend more time on evaluation. |

@Sytec28 that only works if there is an organization to begin with. And that policy needs to be enabled too, and it doesn't work afterwards, so, not enrolled into the recovery it will not work. @cat1555 there is no way to reset or recovery your master password. No database tricks or admin backend or whatever. |

Hi all,
I am using Vaultwarden in our company, and a user has forgotten their master password. I understand that Vaultwarden encrypts all vault data locally, and I am not sure if there is any way to recover the master password or access the existing vault data.
Could someone clarify:
Is it possible for a user to recover or set a new master password?
Can an admin help recover the vault contents?
Are there recommended best practices for enterprise environments to handle such situations?
Thanks in advance for your help!
