Input validations

• input validations - even though numeric type is used, may allow negative, decimals etc - should red outline field and show error message
• submit should be disabled unless form is valid
• figure out behaviour when form field is blanked out then submitted, should not allow submit
• reset should be disabled unless there are scenario results in state (nice to have)
