yt appears to install but doesn't

However, when I try to run yt, I get the following:
Command 'yt' not found, but can be installed with:
sudo apt install python3-yt

I have the same issue. I can run the command sudo go install github.com/danielmiessler/yt@latest but, after that, I just can't find anything related to yt.
If I just type go install github.com/danielmiessler/yt@latest I get:
go: github.com/danielmiessler/yt@latest: GOPROXY list is not the empty string, but contains no entries
Any suggestion?

I just purged and reinstalled go from https://go.dev/doc/install and every worked smoothly.

For my experience, don't install go from apt. Install from go.dev
