Cannot launch if starting now

Describe the bug
I installed the NEAR package on my DAppNode recently but noticed it didn't start. While investigating, I noticed that the app cannot retrieve the config file (The link that it uses returns an access denied)

To Reproduce

1. Install NEAR with no prior data or make a complete reset
2. Launch the package
3. It'll show it running but the log will show errors

Expected behavior

It should properly initialize itself

Additional context

I noticed the NEAR version (1.36.2) used by this package is one year old, maybe to resolve the issue, a bump to the latest NEAR version might be enough !
