Please add "Ethora weekly" e-mail which is the same as daily, but sends data over last week.
It should be sent any time before 10am UK each Monday morning.
Can you please make it so that tables content is also sent inside the e-mail. So in addition to CSV attached, we also have a simple table inside the e-mail content with "Sign-ups:" and "Apps:" which list correspondingly new owner users signup and new apps created.
