Support custom endpoint for OpenAI Conversation Component

Describe the feature

When it comes to LLMs, both, SaaS solutions and self-hosted ones usually provide (up to a certain degree) a compatibility with the OpenAI API. Please consider adding an endpoint configuration parameter that allows to use custom APIs with the same codebase. A simple change to include a variety of additional services.
