Possible regression in GetSecretAsync

We encountered a regression in Dapr 1.14.4 where GetSecretAsync fails with:

Status(StatusCode="Internal", Detail="Error starting gRPC call. HttpRequestException: The HTTP/2 server closed the connection. HTTP/2 error code 'HTTP_1_1_REQUIRED' (0xd).

Details:

Works perfectly on 1.14.1

Using .UseHttpEndpoint("http://localhost:3500") with DaprClient

Dapr sidecar responds over HTTP/1.1 just fine

No proxy or VPN interference

.NET 6/7 project using secretstores.local.file component

Reverting to 1.14.1 resolves the issue instantly.
