`datprotocol.com/.well-known/dat` is missing

The repo contains the /.well-known/dat file but it’s missing from the web server.

Eventually someone of @okdistribute @joehand @pfrazee or @taravancil knows how to deploy to that site, or could delegate the issue? Seems small, but for sake of completeness, useful.
