Tooltip of the chart can only display the percentage/number value

The tooltip of the charts displays the text along with the percentage value which makes it difficult to read the tool tip if you are viewing the far left counties or in cases where the tooltip text is longer. It would make sense if we display only the percentage number. The tool tip text is also displayed as a seperate text for each chart so i dont find any good reason to duplicate the text.
