Update screenshots and instructions for OpenRefine 3.7.4

The current screenshots show OpenRefine version 3.4.1. I believe there have been some changes in newer version related to default import settings and perhaps other things too.

• Replace screenshots
• Check that instructions are still appropriate for the new version

While we are working on the screenshots, we should also update their textual descriptions (a.k.a. alt texts), which are currently not descriptive.

• Update alt texts to describe what the screenshot is showing #164

Under Setup where it says: If Internet Explorer is the default browser for participants, OpenRefine may have trouble opening.

It seems like Internet Explorer has ended support for certain operating systems on June 15, 2022 and users are encouraged to move to Microsoft Edge with IE mode which enables backward compatibility and will be supported through at least 2029. I'm not sure if the language needs to be clarified under the instructions to direct people away from using IE.

Thanks for mentioning this, @joyguey! We mention that Internet Explorer is not supported while Edge is. Are you saying we should prevent people from enabling "IE mode" in Edge? I don't want to make the instructions much more extensive, but if it is necessary, I would be happy to take suggestions.

Note that the most recent release is now 3.7.0.
