An additional layer to this came up yesterday, when discussing consolidating orders across multiple platforms...
How do we track the individual item split across the platforms? I think we have to have the order on the supplier/source platform (Platform A), otherwise we don't see all of the orders. What do you think @Alcoz @amardeilh @lecoqlibre ? |

Do we need to track it? And if so why? I see Ali's interest in having a global view of orders and maybe his logistics partners. Any other cases?
This to me is transferring ownership of other orders to Platform A, which we want to avoid as this is sensitive business info. IMO IF Platform A B & C are connected through a dedicated 3rd party app that has the right permissions, Ali can see all orders on this app and can act on the orders total. This third party app can be handled by anyone in the world, there can be also several. For now, our playground for this app is the prototype. But our role is to create an ontology that works for anyone, not just our prototype. |

As a Trader I need an option for Producer orders to be consolidated into a single order per sales session per Producer so that I can send a single aggregate order to my supplier.
