Bug fix, minor features, oh, and I actually have a user

Changes:

• Bug fix: load address does not need to be on page boundary, this was supported from the beginning however bad math shorted the number of sectors by one.
• Feature: some light testing added.
• Feature: load and start address no longer bound. Start address can be defined independent of load address.
