• beRi CLI and file-system.

  Develop a CLI for beRi that groups renv, rut, and rinse functionality. Make sure that renv, rut, and rinse CLI remain independent of each other and the beRi CLI during this development period. beRi will vendor the VE, projects, repos, etc inside of a custom location (~/.local/beRi or ~/.beRi). Because of this a standard file-system will need to be conceptualized. beRi CLI configuration will be done with a YAML file (~/.beRi/<file_name>.yaml).

• Standalone CLI

  This milestone is dedicated to finishing standalone CLI for [renv](https://github.com/datasnakes/renv/projects), [rut](https://github.com/datasnakes/rut/projects), and [rinse](https://github.com/datasnakes/rinse/projects). These packages should be developed so that they can function independently of each other. If any config files are needed, they must be in the current directory or the paths must be specified.
