When the there is no Astra Config File found the notification should list a "Create File" button not "Edit Profiles" button #73
Description
When there is no config file in the appropriate directory the notification alerting the user is correctly named: "Failed to load DataStax Astra profiles". However one of the subsequent options is to select "Edit Profiles" from the notification. This should be more appropriately named to indicate no profiles file exist and that selecting the option will created it.
The suggested new name for this action link is "Create File".
