Switch to use Spark Cassandra Connector's new coordinates

SCC was donated by DataStax to Apache Foundation and we now have new coordinates for it at https://github.com/apache/cassandra-spark-connector. Use them in CDM accordingly also adjust the Cassandra Java Driver that was donated by DataStax to Apache Foundation last year.
