Contributing Licensing Issue

Hi I would like to contribute to the project but the contribution license has some conflicting terms with the Apache licensing. Did you mean to ask for exclusive copyright rights on pull request https://cla.datastax.com/? how does that work with the project's Apache 2.0 license non-exclusive rights?

Specifically, the contributing agreement wants "exclusive" rights to copyrights? And the apache license has non-exclusive rights to copyright.
