Latest release for Scala 3 is not on the current LTS

The Scala 3 build of the latest release was made with Scala 3.4.2. This is problematic for downstream libraries which are built with Scala 3 LTS (3.3.x), and actually breaks Grackle's build.

Could you rebuild with Scala 3 LTS?
