Default working-dir to $HOME

When services start a terminal it will open in ~/.config/dinit.d (or /etc/dinit.d/user/), e.g. a panel with a launcher, lisgd (gesture daemon) etc.

The default is the directory containing the service description.

Wouldn't it be better to default to $HOME for at least dinit user instance?
