[ts] remove `dotenv` usage

Describe the bug

By embedding dotenv into the repository, Daytona can't be initialized within a browser (without polyfills).

Even when giving an apiKey value, the dotenv.config() always runs, which throws process.cwd is not a function

@lukeed nice catch. We'll add a polyfill so it can run in the browser natively.

Loading envs automatically makes it easier to consume from the server so I wouldn't remove it altogether.

You really don’t need it. Server runtimes can auto load env files already. Bun does it automatically and Node and Deno do it with a —env-file flag. All a package should be doing is looking for a process.env.FOOBAR value as fallback, not searching/loading a file.

I agree that we need better environment handling, but I wouldn’t remove the default loading of .env and .env.local. Instead, we should enhance the logic to decide when and how to load environment variables based on the runtime environment.
