[TS] document whether createFolder and uploadFile(s) are recursive

https://www.daytona.io/docs/typescript-sdk/file-system/ doesn't clarify whether these methods will create folders recursively as required, or not - compared with https://nodejs.org/api/fs.html#fsmkdirsyncpath-options
