I am busy redoing your work with the 'cui' UMLS database, and you can link more and better records than with drugbank-id, the 'ontology' has more synonyms and can show relations

if you like i can upload some conversions from DDIcorpus, you can generate 300K interactions
beside i have some db's from Micromedex, 282K interactions with level of priority, ABDA 100K, CYP interaction

Hi, I apologize for the delayed reply. Unfortunately, because of so much email, I don't see the issues that folks post to github and I don't currently have an dedicated to this specific project. The first author on the JBI paper (Dr. Ayvaz) and myself are doing a complete update of the dataset and adding several new sources. Would you be interested in discussing adding you semmed work to the update?
